Well, storm coming in. big one. I'm sitting in the middle street watching (no, my street is not very busy for my relatives). here's the poem fresh from the notebook.

rumbling bumbling in the distance
lightning strikes the far off buildings
the wind lightly sways the fresh green leaves
the smell of rain hangs in the spring air
with the quiet sensation of long gone fear
watching, waiting for what will come
this is the best part
the silence before the storm

it is beutiful. one side of my yard is sunlit, the other side is slowly being assaulted by dark clouds. this is the best part of a storm. Silence is golden. Just like this. this is what I live for. these quiet moments before a storm. speaking of storms here's a few more poems about storms

the green sky whirls
the fear swirls
and the crack
of natures whip
can be head
in the roar
of the stormy night

wrote that a couple nights ago when we had a HUMONGOUS storm hit Little Rock. Dad made me sleep in the bathtub. not so pleasant. heres the one I read for the school poetry slam.

rain pounds loudly
on the roof
of a building
in the busy city

the people ignore it
the animals hide
and the forest is full
of the eery light

as the thunder booms
and the ligthning flashes
a little boy sits on his porch
and slowly watches

many a cloud will pass
many a day will come
but one young young boy
will never forget the storm
he watched pass by

it has started sprinkling, and the wind has picked up a lot. my mom is driving home, she says it's really bad. also exited about american idol finale tonight! I think crystal bowesox will win. Go Mama Sox!! till next time!

Bad Korean Speed Skaters!!

I thought I'd post another funny story to jazz it up a bit, so here you go! I was watching the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics Saturday night, and The speed skaters were on their last lap, and suddenly 3 koreans pull ahead of the 2 american dudes, and I start screaming at the TV. BAD KOREANS!(no racism meant here) and throwing kernals of popkorn. then two of them fall, and my mom, my brother and I all start laughing so hard as the american dudes Apolo ohno, and J.R. seltski get silver and bronze. another good funny story- yesterday at alsop park in little rock a couple of my freinds and I were hanging out and chatting up this newspaper photogapher, turns out our picture was in the paper today. To see it google Arkansas Democrat Gazzette and type in febuary 14, 2010

Lyrics and ?'s towards life

Heres the latest writings from the lte great A.D.Warrick
The World is a vampire set to drain where secret destroyers hold you up to the blame and what do I get for all my pain? a (squigley line because I couldn't remember the words) and a peice of game. despite all my rage I am still just a rat in a cage. Why is this song called bullet with butterfly wings? SMASHING PUMPKINS. I am sooooooo tired
Heres a journal entry from comp called Time:
Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow. Why does it matter? Time will continue on for all eternity whether we live or parish. Something we do today could play a big part in tomorrow’s future. Something I jot down on this sheet of paper could mean the biggest discovery in the history of our planet. A question I ask in math class could trigger finding out the ancient Egyptians math system. To kill one man could be to kill 1,000 of his unborn relatives. To think that if I had not read the Harry Potter books in fourth grade I would be a totally different person. What is the future how close is my future? Will I have lots of money? What is the past? Did I have a life before this? Was I reincarnated? How many times has the world ended and been recreated? So many questions and so little time in our lives to answer them all.
This is an esay I wrote awhile back (please excuse the gramatical errors)

I believe in my church and god, but to me it means something totally different than what most people associate with church. No acolyting or extra-long services. My church is my safe harbor, and the place for my friends. Somewhere in my mind, this is connected to god. The church has some large bills to pay because it’s fairly new, but I love it for what it really is, my home.

My small family church doesn’t really have the money, or the means to be top notch and fancy. Frankly, no one wants it to be fancy we all like it the way it is. It’s a good feeling to wake up in the morning and being exited about going to church. Fun family, friends, and forty-five minutes of god in a slightly shortened church service make up my Sundays.

Eve though the service is slightly shortened, god and Jesus seem to be everywhere in my church. In the smiling people and the big picture windows, and even the pond we canoe on in the summer. All the happiness and sunlight is almost tangible in the air. Even in the dead of the winter when it’s freezing, we all fell warm because of the people around us and the smiles of warmth. One time, the heater went off, and we all kept each other warm by huddling up, telling stories, and laughing together.

In truth I think it’s a gift that god gave me St. Michaels. When I was in third grade, the priest of my old church moved to St. Michaels, and my younger brother and I were in great need of a little bit of Sunday entertainment. We visited St. Michaels, and our whole family immediately fell in t the church and clicked with the people there. My brother and I practically got down on our knees and begged my mother to switch churches. Although she was reluctant to switch churches, now, my mom plays dulcimer and Autoharp for the folk choir, and she has started our churches Christ-Child Guild. Our whole family will forever be grateful to our church

My life was changed by my church and by all the things I have done there, and all the amazing people I have met through the place the congregation calls St. Mikes. St. Michaels will forever be in my heart as the place I belong.

Till next time,

Okay these bits are pretty intresting, it took me awhile to collect them.
spanish class: The cold in the air seemed not to make you cold but to freeze you way down to your bone marrow and make your brain move slower than the slowest slug on earth. This is what winter feels like The temperature never tells the truth I realize as I walk outside into octobers biting winds and rain without my jacket. That's a sentence I should put in a book, I thought. It's tottaly over exagerated though, I mean it's Arkansas people!!!!It's still 40- 50 degrees out there in october. My parents used to live in North Dakota, so they know the meaning of real cold. Brrrrr. I need some hot chocolate. In my future, I can call a maid to make me some as I sit in my mansion by the beach.I bet it's still 60-70 in october in lower Texas and mexico. hmmmmmm. I wish. I like it when it's right between summer and fall, when the air smells like a mix of the close fall breezes and the summer greenery.
Grammer:
Can you see
The Heart in me
the tender loving care
But maybe it just matters that I'm cute

Can you see
the heart in me
the balmy breezes
shining eyes
but not that you would care

What matters to me
might not matter to you
but why, oh why
can't you see the real me

My outside shell
is just a fake
to put on in fall and winter

But as spring comes
I shed the lies, the pressed smiles of school
I become who I want
and leap into the sky of eternal summer

Science class:
Somehow, I have fallen off the edge of the univere. I don't know how or exactly why, but I have ended up in an alternate universe of dopplegangers. I was looking in my mirror, and something invisible pulled me through my mirror, and when I got up, I found myself iin wht seemed to be an alley of mirrors. hundreds of thousands of millions of trillions of mirrors rising up in either side of me. I turned around and around, until I found my own again. then I saw it. A copy of myself, only with bright red eyes. I could almost hear its evil laugh as I watched it through my mirror. I banged and banged on my mirror, trying to get back through. no such luck. I started to get dizzy. I walked down to the end of this alley like area of mirrors. someone walked by. "Hey! Hey you!" i called. no answer. I looked around again to find myself in a city of mirrors. every thing was made of mirrors. EVERYTHING. the ground, the buildings the what looked to be the upside down benches. That's the last thing I remembered before I fainted

Well, thats whts in lately, tell you followers more later.

New Theme

OK. I know this blog is extremely boring, so what I decided to do is write down every random poem, first paragraph of a book, haikus that I write in my school notebooks from this day forward. Starting in tommorows post, I will put it all on this blog so one day I can come back and know exactly what I was feeling when I wrote this poem or that sentence.

Back home again!!

Well, St.loius was amazing!!!! maggie and I stayed in the Embassy Suits and on monday, we woke up, went to the zoo, got some great photos, then we went over to the history museum and had lunch (chicken parmesan! mmmmmm) as well as visited the treasure exhibit, which was really cool. You could play this game where you shoot down enemy pirate ships, and pan for gold/stones. After that we went ice skating, and went to the Galleria mall. It was amazing! the place was bigger than any mall I have ever been in in my life (AKA:it tripled park plaza in little rock,AR). I got phillips christmas present. there was even an apple store (the electronics, not the fruit). Yesterday we visited this place called the City Museum. I have to say this was the cooles thing we did the whole time. The entire building was a precariosly balanced playground with thosands of tunnels and hidey holes. of course, we ended our trip at the arch. we took tons of pictures, and I bought a key chain. We came back to maggie's house and slept there last night, and today mom and I start onour holiday baking. remember to follow this blog,
